Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly take clear photos and videos of packaging and the product once you receive it. These will be taken as a proof of evidence. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by way of store credit of the MRP paid within 5 business days.

At The Silver Ora, we take immense pride in offering finely handcrafted 92.5 sterling silver jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. While all sales are generally considered final, we do offer limited returns and exchanges strictly under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility 

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery

• You provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • At least two clear photos showing the issue

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Size-related issues (sizes are clearly mentioned on product pages)

• Personalized or engraved jewellery

• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

• Items that are worn, used, or exposed to water, perfume, or chemicals

• Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  

5. Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash or bank refunds

• Approved refunds are issued only as store credit

• Store credit:

  • Valid for 90 days from the date of issue

  • Non-transferable and non-extendable

• A 5% deduction applies to all store credit/refund transactions (payment gateway fee)

6. Order Cancellations

• Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Important Additional Terms

• All return communications must be done via email or WhatsApp only

• Returned jewellery undergoes a mandatory quality check

• If exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals is detected, no store credit will be issued
