1. Order Processing Time

Processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday). -
Customized Jewellery:
Requires 12 to 15 business days for creation before dispatch.
This includes name pendants, engraved pieces, and all made-to-order jewellery, as each item is 100% handcrafted to your specifications.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you proactively.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping):

Standard Jewellery: 4 to 10 business days

Custom-Made Jewellery: 14 to 20 business days
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across all serviceable pin codes in India.
4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive your tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Address Guidelines

Deliveries are permitted only to residential or commercial addresses (home or office).

We do not deliver to public locations such as malls, hostels, hotels, streets, or similar places.

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.
